Please enter your primary phone number (where you prefer to receive calls/texts and could also be reached in an emergency).
I am asking for your permission to take pictures and videos of our class time activities, and also to share some of those images and video in studio newsletters, social media, and on my website. Sharing these images helps other potential families see what our studio is all about, and also helps many of my colleagues get ideas for their studios. I will never use your child's name in conjunction with their picture.
Tuition Structure, Payment, and Late Fees
Your overall tuition for the school year is divided by nine to give you the same monthly payment each month, regardless of the number of lessons/classes in any given month.

Tuition is due by either the 1st or the 15th of each month. A $15 late fee will be assessed for payments made later than ten days past the due date.

You may pay your invoice directly with a CC or bank draft. Alternatively, you can use Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, cash, or check.

Missed Lessons
If you know that you will be missing a class or lesson in advance, please notify me and I will make sure a recording of class or some video notes are made available for you to access so you can help your child stay caught up. Recordings or video notes are only provided at your request.

I can be reached by phone/text at (512) 796-6128. My email is [email protected] Please reach out any time you have a question or concern!

Student Commitment
Regular practice keeps students moving forward and growing in their skills. Practice in my studio is not required but it is encouraged. My goal is to have your child so excited to practice that making music at home is not a struggle.

When students fail to progress, I will notify a parent and see if there are any changes we can make to schedules at home to enable students to regain forward progress.

If a student continues to fail to make progress after this initial consultation, then I will notify a parent to discuss changing classes (or, if private, to discuss moving to a group) and find a class that will be better suited to the student.

If failure to progress is persistent after these interventions, you will be asked to forfeit your spot in the studio.

Dismissals and Termination
If for any reason you must stop lessons, one month’s advance notice is required.

Regrettably, I will have to dismiss a student if any of these circumstances occur:
--Failure to pay tuition on time
--Persistent absences
--Uncooperative attitude
--Failure to follow directions
--Repeated lack of progress
--Repeated instances of coming to a lesson without binder or music books

Materials, Equipment, Extras
Your annual registration fee covers all music and materials that we will use during the school year.

Audio Files/Backing Tracks
Audio files and backing tracks that are necessary for practice at home will be made available to stream from a private website or app.

There are many fantastic apps available to help your child with the mastery of musical concepts. If you are interested in knowing what I think would help your child, please contact me.
