Tuition Structure, Payment, and Late Fees
Your overall tuition for the school year is divided by nine to give you the same monthly payment each month, regardless of the number of lessons/classes in any given month.
Tuition is due by either the 1st or the 15th of each month. A $15 late fee will be assessed for payments made later than ten days past the due date.
You may pay your invoice directly with a CC or bank draft. Alternatively, you can use Venmo, Zelle, cash, or check.
If you know that you will be missing a class or lesson, please notify me and plan to have your student send me a check-in recording of the piece they are working on a home via Tonara. I will offer the extra feedback and coaching on their recording in place of the missed class.
Refunds are not issued for missed classes because I still taught the class.
I can be reached by phone/text at (512) 796-6128. My email is [email protected]
. Please reach out any time you have a question or concern!
Dismissals and Termination
If for any reason you must stop lessons, one month’s advance notice is required.
Regrettably, I will have to dismiss a student if any of these circumstances occur:
--Failure to pay tuition on time
--Failure to follow directions
--Recurring disrespectful behavior in class
Materials, Equipment, Extras
Your annual registration fee covers all music and materials that we will use during the school year.
There are many fantastic apps available to help your child with the mastery of musical concepts. If you are interested in knowing what I think would help your child, please contact me.
