I am asking for your permission to take pictures and videos of our class time activities, and also to share some of those images and video in studio newsletters, social media, and on my website. Sharing these images helps other potential families see what our studio is all about, and also helps many of my colleagues get ideas for their studios. I will never use your child's name in conjunction with their picture.

Tuition Structure, Payment, and Late Fees
Your overall tuition for the school year is divided by nine to give you the same monthly payment each month, regardless of the number of lessons/classes in any given month.

Tuition is due by either the 1st or the 15th of each month. A $15 late fee will be assessed for payments made later than ten days past the due date.

You may pay your invoice directly with a CC or bank draft. Alternatively, you can use Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, cash, or check.

Missed Lessons
If you know that you will be missing a class or lesson in advance, please notify me and I will make sure a recording of class (online students) or some video notes (in person students) are made available for you. Recordings or video notes are only provided at your request.

Refunds are not issued for missed classes because I still taught the class.

Dismissals and Termination
If for any reason you must stop lessons, one month’s advance notice is required.

Regrettably, I will have to dismiss a student if any of these circumstances occur:
--Failure to pay tuition on time
--Persistent absences
--Uncooperative attitude
--Failure to follow directions
--Recurring disrespectful behavior in class

Materials, Equipment, Extras
Music
Your annual registration fee covers all music and materials that we will use during the school year.
